Services & Supports

History
Western Care Association is a voluntary organisation founded in 1966. It is a progressive and dynamic association, providing services to approximately 750 people with learning disabilities throughout County Mayo, Ireland.

It is an organisation representative of service users, parents, guardians, families and friends. The ethos of the Association is based on the belief that services can best be provided locally in a person centered manner.

Western Care takes great pride in being a Personal Outcomes accredited organisation.

Services Team
The delivery of services is directed by the Director of Services through the Services Team.
